Spotlight: His last win was 15 months ago but he ran well in three of his four starts for the Kublers, including when fourth of 16 in the Carlisle Bell (1m, soft) in June; this is a different test back on AW but he's unexposed in this sphere and needs a close look on first run for James Owen.

Spotlight: Four-time AW winner (7f) who made his breakthrough on turf when scoring at Wetherby (1m2f, good to firm) in June; still looks feasibly treated on that form and he had an excuse on soft ground in a Racing League event last month; this is more suitable back on Polytrack and he's in the mix on this drop back in grade; cheekpieces reapplied.

Spotlight: Four wins from 6f-1m on turf but last success was 12 months ago; finished placed in first four starts this season but his form has gone in the wrong direction in last three runs; had some early traffic issues at Glorious Goodwood (7f, good) last time but he needs to rediscover his spark back up in trip.

Spotlight: Has record of 5-16 on AW and his last win was at Newcastle last summer; hasn't shown much in two starts since returning from eight months off in April but latest was in a Class 2 and he's now back on last winning mark; needs checking in market on this big drop back in grade.

Spotlight: Justified support when winning on Southwell debut (1m, Tapeta) in March but she was beaten around 4l at Kempton in next two runs; now goes handicapping back up in trip but she needs improvement after a short break.

Spotlight: Won three times last year including twice at this track (7f/1m); returns after 253 days off but this reliable mare still looks on a workable mark and she has won when fresh; dangerous with Jim Crowley booked.

Spotlight: Second in 1m4f Group 1 in Uruguay, then 0-4 during a spell in UAE; seemed unsuited by the drop back to 7f (good; 33-1) on British debut in June but weakened over that trip at Newmarket (good to firm; 100-1) later that month; mark is tumbling but he has something to prove and last win was almost two years ago.

Spotlight: Almost all of her 16 runs have been on turf; not straightforward and can race awkwardly but she won twice last year; best effort this season was a neck second of five at Nottingham (8.3f, good) but she struggled at Ascot last time and others are more convincing.

Spotlight: Dual AW winner (7f) and latest was in March 2024; well treated on that form but he's 0-16 since and was out of sorts in his final four runs for Richard Spencer; changed hands for 21,000gns last month and he needs to turn things around for new yard.
