Spotlight: Classy performer who notably won the C&D Grade 1 Prix Ferdinand Dufaure in May, beating some of these, and then ran even better when landing a Grade 3 event; not at his best on the figures when 12l behind Leader Sport last time, albeit giving that rival plenty of weight, but impossible to dismiss considering his overall profile.

Spotlight: Lightly raced and smart at her best, as she showed when winning a C&D Grade 2 in April by 8l, but disappointed as market leader in the Prix Ferdinand Dufaure when last seen, a race won by Lanivtsi; sound claims if that last run was a one-off.

Spotlight: Won a Grade 2 chase here over 2m2f last year but has not really gone on from that and was well beaten the last two times after a break; the introduction of blinkers, which are replacing cheekpieces, needs to have a big effect.

Spotlight: In fine form, but her wins have come at a lower level and at a shorter trip; has a nice pedigree, though, and could feature if staying the distance.

Spotlight: Was second to Hacker Du Berlais in a Grade 2 chase last year (2m2f), but didn't immediately go on from that until winning a C&D Listed chase here 35 days ago, when a number of these were behind; sound claims on that performance.

Spotlight: Won a C&D Grade 3 in May by 6l, which is his standout best among some consistent performances; pulled up behind Leader Sport after a break last time, though, so needs to step forward from that.

Spotlight: Finished third behind Lanivtsi and Martha Cannary in the Grade 1 C&D Prix Ferdinand Dufaure in May and then ran well again behind Lanivtsi before finishing 14l behind Leader Sport in the recent Prix Orcada; needs to put that behind him, but has place claims at least if back to his best.

Spotlight: Consistent performer who was a short neck behind Lauthentyko in a C&D Listed race last time, when getting 8lb, with some of these in behind; has the scope to be involved in the finish.

Spotlight: Won a 2m1.5f Listed chase here in May but has struggled since, including over this trip when beaten a long way in the Grade 1 Prix Ferdinand Dufaure; plenty to prove but cheekpieces go on.

Spotlight: His third in the C&D Prix Bayonnet last month, behind Lauthentyko and Pickland, was his best effort on a first go over 2m6f, but he'd be hard to fancy on anything prior to that; unexposed at the distance but more needed to feature.

Spotlight: Finished second to Altura over C&D in a Grade 2 in April, albeit beaten 8l, but runs since returning from a break haven't been encouraging; needs to bounce back to her best to have any chance.

Spotlight: Picked up a C&D Listed event in April by 5l and ran okay in a couple of Grade 3s after that before falling in the Prix Orcada, which featured plenty of these; trip no problem, but more is needed to land a race at this level.

Spotlight: Wasn't beaten far by Lanivtsi in April here over 2m1.5f, but only marginal improvement since and hard to see him playing a major part in this.

Spotlight: Won a 2m1.5f conditions race here in September, when Le Nez Creux was third, by 5l, but was readily held behind Lauthentyko and a few others in the Prix Bayonnet 35 days ago; hood off and tounge-tie on; others easier to fancy for win purposes, however.

Spotlight: Her second to Lanivtsi in the C&D Grade 1 Prix Ferdinand Dufaure in May is her standout performance, as it's hard to give her realistic claims on her other form; would be a surprise winner.
