Spotlight: Triple 5f winner who handles most ground; didn't get much luck when runner-up in this race last year and she filled the same position in a Class 5 at Ayr (5f, good to soft) two weeks ago; looks interesting on this drop back in grade and she's a big player if she gets the breaks.

Spotlight: Acts on good to firm and heavy; C&D winner who is well treated on his best form last year but he's been up and down this season and was last of 12 at Thirsk last month; comes with risks attached and stall 10 is no help; blinkers removed.

Spotlight: Returned from a break in May and she's been in good form in three runs at Nottingham since, including a 5f win (good) on her penultimate run; finished third of six over 6f last time but she stumbled at the start and was only beaten around 1l in the end; remains feasibly treated and she's respected back in trip; non-runner.

Spotlight: Usually a front-runner and he's been consistent since last success (August 2024) but is getting minimal help from the handicapper; still 6lb above the mark of both wins and he could be vulnerable again.

Spotlight: Well handicapped on last year's form for Clive Cox; failed to beat a rival on first three runs for current yard but he showed signs of a revival with his late headway over C&D (fifth of 11) last Tuesday; that was behind Without Flaw but he could get involved if he can build on that.

Spotlight: 9yo who has been inconsistent this year but he had a rare turf outing over C&D (good) in May and returned to form to make all; just 2lb higher this afternoon and he's a player if he can repeat that latest form.

Spotlight: Just one win from 25 starts and he's not finished closer than sixth in his seven starts this season; has lots to prove and he's drawn widest of all.
